The same HR Manager who hosted the 13 June 2013 Ambush Meeting also signed the 24 July 2013 (Ambush) Letter on behalf of the Company. This same HR Manager signed a version of the 13 June 2013 meeting minutes which were intentionally withheld. I contend that these minutes are a forgery. The minutes were withheld and instead I was provided with the 24 July 2013 letter which was the basis for my submitting a formal grievance 20 September 2013, which confirms these points.
