David Nicholson was accused of workplace bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse of position, misuse of the performance management system, violations of the Health and Safety Act 1974, Equality Act 2010, and other contract breaches in the original employment contract within the 20 September 2013 grievance (Clause 5.5). Nicholson did not follow the procedure prescribed within the PGS UK Employee Handbook and was allowed to proffer a termination settlement agreement prior to completing the grievance procedures.
