SDK Disputing the integrity of the personnel file personal data being processed by PGSUK which was received following the submission of a subject access request (SAR), citing the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
PGSUK did not make any changes to the knowingly false and inaccurate data. Instead, they stated that they would process this e-mail with my personal data in the 22 December 2014 PGSUK letter PGSUK to SDK.
Isn’t this and acknowledgement that fake data was used to process my termination?
